What is the pathogeny of rheumatoid arthritis?

In arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis is associated with many factors in the patient's life. For example, the most common habits, genetic factors, and so on, will lead to the emergence of rheumatoid arthritis. So, what are the major causes of this disease? Experts recommend three main points:
1, the relationship between viral factors, rheumatoid arthritis and viruses, especially the EB virus, is one of the problems that scholars at home and abroad pay attention to. Arthritis caused by EB infection is different from rheumatoid arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis patients have a stronger response to the EB virus than normal subjects. Sustained high anti EB virus membrane antigen antibody in serum and synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, but so far in the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis has not found EB virus nuclear antigen or antibody antigen.
2, genetic factors, arthritis in some families have a higher incidence, in the crowd survey, found that human leukocyte antigen (HLA) -DR4 and RF positive patients. HLA studies have found that DW4 is associated with the onset of rheumatoid arthritis, in which patients are 70%HLA-DW4 positive, and that patients have a susceptibility gene for that point, and that inheritance may play an important role in pathogenesis.
3. Bacterial factors. Experimental studies have shown that the animal model of arthritis produced by mycoplasma is similar to that of human rheumatoid arthritis, but it does not produce rheumatoid factor which is specific to human rheumatoid arthritis. In rheumatoid arthritis patients, no bacterial or bacterial antigen material has been found in synovial fluid and synovial tissue, suggesting that bacteria may be related to the onset of rheumatoid arthritis, but there is no direct evidence.
For the above experts on the three causes, are the main factors causing rheumatoid arthritis. Although everyone in daily life can not avoid the genetic factors induced by rheumatoid arthritis, but the viruses and bacteria, as long as we ensure good living habits, can effectively reduce the occurrence of this kind of disease.
